Santé Masculine

La Movember Foundation est la seule association caritative internationale se consacrant entièrement à la santé masculine, alors en Movember, je m'embarque moi aussi. Je récolte des dons pour lutter contre certains des plus gros problèmes de santé auxquels sont confrontés les hommes : cancer de la prostate, cancer des testicules et problèmes de santé mentale. Aidez-moi à empêcher les hommes de mourir trop jeunes.

Owain Doull kindly shared his personal reasons for supporting Movember last year. He's given his backing to the 150 as well. He talks about why it's important to keep supporting others, and reaching out for help when facing mental health issues ourselves.

Hey 150 crew, here are my top 3 tips to help raise vital funds for Movember.

1. Timing is everything. Pay day is approaching at the end of the month, a good time to ask for support. Start fundraising early as well, and it makes it easier to hit your target.
2. Donate to yourself, if you can. It can get the ball rolling, but also shows you're really serious about fundraising.
3. Rally your friends. More riders multiply your fundraising, together. See what you can achieve on a group ride.

Don't forget our water bottle and jersey rewards as well for raising £100 and £500 respectively. Best of luck!
