With great Moustache, comes great responsibilities.

Movember seeks to make a global contribution to men living happier, healthier, longer lives. My mission as a Mo Bro consists in three points:

1) Raise awareness about the cause:
I strive to do it on a daily basis, with every people I cross path with and who wonder what this stupid moustache is. Well, I take the opportunity to explain. But YOU, have you stopped to think why we fight for better men’s health?
- Did you know that Prostate Cancer is the second most common cancer in men worldwide?
- Did you know that the number of Testicular Cancer cases has doubled in the last 50 years?
- Did you know that a man dies every minute from suicide around the world because of Poor Mental Health?
- Did you know that Physical Inactivity is the fourth leading risk factor for global mortality?

When was the last time you did a health check-up? When was the last time you discussed about this issue with your father, with your brother, with your friends?
Have this couple of lines had an impact on your thoughts? Then the first part of my mission is achieved and I hope you’ll take action for it.

2) Make one MOve per day:
Fighting for a cause is not only talking about it, it is also acting and giving the example. Exercising is one way. By committing to a physical activity per day, you improve your lifestyle.

3) Raise money for the cause:
That’s where it comes to you. I'd hope you believe in the cause and see it as a valid one, and now we need your support to make the difference. Every cent counts. All the money raised by the Movember Foundation will be directly reinvested in research projects and programs driven to improve global men’s health.

I'm doing Movember for the 14th consecutive year, in 3 different continents. Everywhere I went, I tried raising awareness about this meaningful cause and I love to see how people actually get on board once they know about it.
